kaama drives

i am looking for info on kaama drives on 30' scarabs. i have a '77 300 w/330's and purchased a complete kaama setup w/twin disc trannys. i'm wondering how this thing is going to run, handle, dock. anyone who has owned, driven this combo? do i need to build a rocker into the hull, if so how is that done?

Not worth trying to build rocker into the hull. That would be SO much work that it is not funny. I think that Cuda may have the books for this and may be able to help ya out with location of the drives and such.

Instead of building rocker into the hull, go to Arneson and buy their Rocker plates and install them for trim tabs. They will be able to give the boat much more trimming ability that the surface drives cannot accomplish.
