stainless tips that don't rattle
 

Can anyone tell me if anyone sells stainless tips with the internal flappers that don't rattle? I've read lots of stories about people who have aftermarket tips and they make an annoying rattle at idle. My other question is can anyone tell me how much louder unmuffled tips will be compared to stock Corsa muffled tips with the last plate removed in the baffles. This is what I am currently running with a Quick and Quiet II system

I beleive Rex Marine is advertising a new tip that doesn't rattle, what a concept! Steve
