hyd steering
 

just installed hyd steering do i have to bleed the system , what kind of fluid ATF ? do i run the engine and add fluid or run it turn it off and add fluid run it turn it off and add fluid etc..............

Run the engine on, hose of course, keep turning the steering fully in one direction and then the other keep adding fluid as the system draws it in. Its easier with 2 people.

If you still have air, do a search on the board, there are several very good procedures on here for more complex bleeding.
