Hows about telling us what size it is ?:eureka:

hehe, what size scarab? They are heavy. Yes, a divorce will make it go faster after you have put the blowers on that she wouldnt let you do before.

I think everyone on here can relate to your thread.

:D that is a definete YES !

You forgot to tell us the size of the boat. What motors were originally in there ?

Without even knowing the size, I would say it will be hard to break 60 with those small blocks and I am guessing TRS drives.

26 feet if you measure it in the noon sun. i brought boat home without wife knowing had to take down fence and put it back up and leave before she got home. she discovered boat while standing at the sink doing dishes. when i gort home and was asked what in the hell was in the yard i replied why where you at sink no one in this house cooks. that took her off the boat subject immediately.

LOL, yup, that will do it, helps with the divorce too.

Our '83 272 Formula (really nearly 30 ft by today's standards) with 2 260s would run 62mph.

Can the Scarab be that much heavier? With two 300hp mills I'd think it ought to break 60 - no?

I wish my boat would fit in my backyard. But, then I'd be getting a divorece too. ;-)

My boat picked up 10mph within two weeks of the divorce!!
