Exhaust tip installation

I bought new exhaust tips & flanges from Eddie marine.
When I install them do I need to put any kind of sealer
in the transom holes where the tips slide thru? The new
flanges have big rubber seals & look pretty good but
I thought some sealer couldnt hurt. The only draw back
is sealer all over new pipes when pushing thru the
transom.

Yea, use a sealer. Otherwise you're running a risk of water washing back in through them. Also make sure the screw holes are covered in it as well. Someone just posted how water got into their transom via their trim tab screws. Caused an area to rot out. I'm assuming they're above the water line so you don't have to go as heavy as 5200. 4200 should do the trick.

Hey "blue by you", that's the name of my boat! I had that for me blue Yamaha snowmobile too! Everyone likes it!

Definitely seal the tips.

Stock CORSA typically do not. Have a gasket-to surface mating. I used a "dab" of light under water rated caulk, never 5200 above waterline. my 02.
