WHOSNEXT,

Give it time and you won't have to worry about the noise, it will blow the internal rubber flapper out. Mine lasted about 2 months, I went back to external flappers.

RV, send me your old tips and we'll send you brand new ones with the new Superflappers. Someone gave you bad info for which I apologize. The Superflappers are guaranteed not to fail and to be quiet. They are nothing like the ones you have (had).
