25 Eliminator Daytona speed
 
If I can spin a 32 labbed bravo1 prop to 5300 rpms how fast approx. should I go? My outdrive is about 2 inches below rub rail.Thanks. It is a 2000 eliminator daytona single step.25 foot long.

With a cat, you'll be below 16%. 10% would be a realistic goal.
