Re: Seized Bravo 1 Drain Plug
You will need a small 3/8 impact gun and a tight fitting to the drain plug screwdriver socket. Square up to the drain plug with the impact gun and give it small bursts, let the drain plug feel the impacts and I believe it will release. The snap on man sells the correct socket. Buy a drain plug and bring it to the snap on truck for an exact fit.
Good luck Ed |

Use an impact driver, the type that you hit with a hammer. Also try pb blaster its the best penetrant there is.

Re: Seized Bravo 1 Drain Plug
I've had success putting a small punch (nail set) on one side of the screw slot and tap it with a hammer.

Whenever I had a problem with this I quickly hit it with the torch for about 10 seconds. It always works.

Re: Seized Bravo 1 Drain Plug
Sears is probably the best place to get an impact driver look on craftsman.com and do a search for item #47641 and you can see a pic.
