With Larry Petos excellent skills and workmanship its no wonder you have had such great results. This is exactly whats needed to make big power like this with a 496HO supercharged. A great Whipple 3.3 supercharger with ECM reprogram, Larry's great engine work and forged internals. We are selling quite a few of our supercharger forged piston and rod sets with forged cranks, our heads and supercharger grind cams for 496's supercharged like this and we just started our 496 engine exchange program with forged internal short blocks with our heads and cams, ready for supercharger addtions for this kind of big power. Obviously you found out why its not recommended to supercharge a stock 496 and as for $$ what does any good 800HP plus marine motor cost. "speed costs money, how fast do you want to go!"

Hey Ray,
I would think your heads would be a very nice addition to these packages. The aluminum would be a nice way to go with the supercharger :drink:

As I said in another post, I have a 496mag HO 2.3 Whipple all redone with all new internals. JE blower pistons, Scat H-beams, calibrated ECM, all the best parts, Etc. With dyno time only...
