MTS Flush System

Anyone use the MTS Flush Sytem ......I like the idea but would like maybe to have Quick Connect fittings ...So those Hoses would not always be running all over the Motor all the time .... "too old" Fred ...you listening ?

I'm about to install my MST. If you are going to hook up all those hoses everytime you want to flush, I believe it would be a major pain in the arse and defeat the purpose of the system...quick & easy flushing. If it isn't convenient, you ain't gonna do it!

If you route the hoses correctly and tie them up nicely, they won't be in the way nor unsightly. I'm going to tell anyone who asks it's a new type of injection system.

I guess you have it installed now. Wonder how it is performing? Did you install it yourself? Any feedback appreciated. I am thinking about installing on my twin efi 500s.

Re: MTS Flush System

Still not installed...too hot outside to do any engine work.

The system is called MST Guardian.

Here's the link:

Re: MTS Flush System

I had the system installed on an inboard ski boat and it seemed to work great. The boat was run in salt water and the manifolds and risers especially seemed to last significantly longer than similar non-MTS equipped engines.

Again it was an inboard--not an outdrive--i didn't see any interface from the controller to the outdrive as possible but the website "talks" about a strendrive model. Installation wasn't difficult on a single engine ski boat-

The engine was raw water cooled--I didn't see any way or need to use it on a fresh-water cooled system.

Mike there is a transom assembly available for the system. Doug is constantly looking for ways to make the system better. They are local here and I was reping for them for a while on the side. $10.00 per unit commision just wouldnt cut it on keeping Allison in Diapers. If you are needing parts (ie: transom assembly), call Doug and he can take care of you.
Ps. dont run the engine out of water while this is hooked up or bye bye water pump.
