Where to get color Deck Plates
 

I need to cut a hole under my seat to through bolt my bolster to the floor. I was thinking about trying to match the red carpet, but haven't been able to find any red deck plates. If I can't find it I guess I will just install a white one. I think a 4" one should be big enough to get to all the bolts, but is there any advantage or disadvantage to the twist and pull compared to the screw in type.
