Water pressure on hose with muffs.

Should there be some water pressure when running on the water hose with muffs? I started the motors for about 30 seconds each on the hose but I did not see the water pressure gauges move. Is this normal? My guess is that the hose does not have enough volumn.

Thanks

Re: Water pressure on hose with muffs.

I have never seen any pressure while on the hose. Be careful to not rev up too much on the hose, because there is not enough volume. The seawater pump will actually collapse your hose and starve the pump for water.
