Prop Slip

What would be considered an ideal prop slip%? What is a realistic range for a good set up? Whats the possible minimum? Thanks, Doug

Re: Prop Slip

Anywhere from 3% to 15% depending on the hull, prop, power, drive, etc.

Re: Prop Slip

Hi Julie, I purchased a 22 Bravo from you last year upon your recommendation. It works very well, it almost turned it into a different boat. I used it for a couple hours to ski but its not enough prop for top end. 60mph@5000 It had a 23 Mirage on it so I thought the 22 would be the hot set up. Its like new in the original box. Would you give me a price on a trade for a 24. Thanks, Doug
