350 MPI audible alarm

Hello, does anyone know what the system is monitory on a 2000 350 mpi alpha raw water cooling , went for a short ride today and the alarm starting going off while coming out of the harbor. All the gauges seemed normal and the only thing I found was some rust that plugged the temp switch and the oil reservoir was alittle low for the drive. Thank you. Jeff

As far as I know, it monitors oil pressure, engine temp, and drive oil level.
