need simple harnesses.572 with Borg 72 Trs
 

Am re-powering a friends boat. Need a simple harness setup. Boat had '95 Gen5 330's and merctrans transmission harness was patched into the harness. I have 2 harnesses from some mark4's that had borgs, and even brand new take offs from 99 350 SB Mercs. Even with all this stuff it still looks like alot of cutting and splicing. I do not want to wreck the gen5 harnesses because they are special because of the knock sensors, more complicated Ign. etc... It seems that the connectors on the Mark 4 harnesses are different than the gen5. I'm goin' to see if some of my connectors plug into the boat harness. Can anybody help me to avoid making this a long drawn out project and wire these up properly. My buddy also ordered brackets from Eddie marine to mount the connector, breaker and solenoid to. Any Ideas would be appreaciated>>>> BBB

You may find something that would work here.such as the 620-089000 harness.

Thanks, Were going to have to make them up. I dropped off some boat harnesses and pieces so that some of the wires can be spliced into the engine harnesses we end up using. (same colors and gauge) . After that I have a huge box of wire loom and I'm using new solenoids and breakers. My buddy wants a clean installation... BBB
