Rev 4 prop
 

I just put on a rev 4 merc prop on a NA stepped up 350 at altitude - 19 pitch. Boat is 21 feet and 3600 pounds. 51 mph and 4700 rpm and great acceleration - not bad for us up here in thin air - any one else with good experiences with rev 4??

The Rev 4 is an underestimated prop. On the right set up the prop can work very well.

That is great to hear... I just ordered a 23p Rev 4 for my 25ft Thunder 7.4L MPI Mag/Bravo1. I 'm hoping for good results. I've got a 25p predator that lugging about 600RPM below where it should be.

Keep us posted on your results brandon h1. That 2 inches of pitch should be good for 400 RPM is the diameter is similar.

I put a 23 on a buddies 23' Nova w/7.4 with about 350 hp and he couldnt spin it over 42-4300, and he runs a 24 Turbo 4 blade at 4800. His new hydromotive 15.25 x 22 spins to 4600. Seems to be a steep 23 on the rev-4
