Kiekhaefer Neutral Safety Switch

My neutral safety switch is acting up. If I jiggle the shifter while turing the key I can get it to fire.

Is this something that can be adjusted or does it have to be replaced? How difficult is it to replace it? I got a big weekend leading inot a week off planned and I want to know the boat will start.

Thanks

My lawyer told me not to tell you this but if you ever get stuck in this situation, most likely there are 2 yellow w/ red tracer wires going up to your control box, cut the wires and connect them together. you have just overided the switch. But, this is a TEMPORARLY FIX, for the safty of you and others around it should be replaced.

Good luck
Jack
