flywheel difference BBC IV to VI ???HELP!!!
I have read that the flywheel was lightened on the mark VI to make room for the one piece seal. Also I am going from from 454 mag(heavy pistons/rods) to vortec cast stuff and want to know what flywheel can be used and keep my starter. Is it just a matter of ordering a '96 or newer flywheel from GM? Are there 2 diameters like on the older stuff? Thanks for any part #'s ,and yes I know about cast stuff.
