Boat Weight
 
Does anyone know the approximate weight of a 17.5 foot 1980 Wellcraft Bowrider 175, 470 Mercruser I/0?

New boat owner, I didn't think about looking in the N.A.D.A, I've got a Ford Explorer XLT with a class II tow package rated at 3500 lbs. Which based on your reply I should be fine, though it feels like I'm dragging a school bus down the road.

Yeah, I'd say you're probably safe. You must have a 6 Cylinder in the Exploder :rolleyes:

Make sure you have the trailer height set properly at the tongue. If the coupler is sitting too low it will push down on your rear springs and make it twice as tough to tow.
