They look good to me.... insulator is the right color... a little sooty on the base...which tells me that it isn't lean... maybe a little on the rich .. which is ok.... I'd put in a fresh set and you are good to go... :)

Re: how do these plugs look?

transom has a slight film of soot, new plugs are in they may be a little sooty
from when the T stat went bad and stayed open about 11 hours ago

so far at 9 hours I got a ect cold temp code whiched turned out to be a bad T stat
and at 22 hours I got a High temp low oil pressure stored code
which looks like it was the impeller and had 3 blades missing a small piece
which in turn burned up one of my exhuast hoses. Thats one of the reasons I pulled the plugs to make sure nothing was running lean.
I also put a diff piece of hose on the stainless marine riser it looked kinked

Go with NGK's. They idle better.

Looking good, the black soot is normal and to me doesn't even look particularly rich. If you want to get pickey I can say that that was a horrible job of indexing but you probably didn't bother :D:D:D
