How much"milk shake"if any, acceptable???
 

Got some cream in my valve area.dipstick looks good. Am I not getting hot enough or do I need a vent to carb to pull moisture out or am I leaking somewhere. My gauge shows 220 deg but only when WOT. Any tricks?Any chems to help?,,,,,,,,,,,,,,Must be my new intake :(

Drain the oil or remove the oil filter. If you installed a new intake that may be the problem. The cork you are supposed to use sometimes raises the intake manifold too high and the bottom of the manifold will not seal. A tell tail would be a vacuum leak. If this is the problem, use hi temp silicon on both sides on all 4 water ports. Prior to that, place the manifold on the engine to determine how much of a bead to run in place of the cork. I used silicon(no cork) the first time and fel-pro with some silicone around the jackets and the threads. When washing I may have gotten a few drops into the vents . Would that be enough to cream up the valve area??

If you run oil thermostats, your oil temp will be 215-220 without top RPM to build heat. Constant 212+ oil temp is the best way to manage water from condensation. The moisture will boil and vent out.
