330 head size and piston

Gentlemen, I need an education in stock 454 heads and compression ratios.
What does a standard 330 454 have in terms of c/r?(this is a 1982 model)
Also, what type of piston comes in this standard 330 domed, flat?
I am currently rebuilding a 330 454 and would like to have about 8.75 c/r.
I have the open chamber big oval port heads (I think 118 cc). should I go with a domed or flat piston?

Every thing I have read shows the 7.4 mpi (310 hp) to have 8.7 c/r or so but I dont know what type of pistons are used in this application. In addition the 454 mag is said to have only 8.6 c/r again with what piston?

I would appreciate any help.
