Driver Bolster blows fuse

I got all the sand out of the oil cooler, thanks for the help on that one. Now, went out on Lake Michigan on Sunday and the drivers bolster wouldn't go down. Found blown fuse, and replaced. Pushed down button and blew it again. Nothing should have changed or been moved. Any ideas?

Allright, I will add some more info. Boat is a 27 Fountain Fever. Bolsters are hydraulic with actuators in engine compartment. Still looking for answers.
