no one knows ?
tyler Crockett increased 2.5 #s on a 497 HP engine with stock ECU
Rich as these 502's run I guessing no. but was hoping someone has done this.

Re: EFI Gueru's

what are the horsepower figures? I mean it will run it but if you have a lot more horsepower with your crate engines I will need to determine the BSFC to know if an EFI upgrade is needed. For the most part though yes it should work fine.

Re: EFI Gueru's

I believe that is just a stock 502 like the 502 Mag. The cam specs are a little different but I would think it should work just fine.

The adjustable fuel pressure reg has to go on the fuel cooler not on the fuel rail. Add a fuel pressure gauge tee ed off the shrader valve so you can see pressure as you crank it up. I did away with the stock regulator ad installed an areomotive remote setup

I believe that is what Merc says about the reg on the fuel rail, but if you take it apart its just a regulater with a brass plug in it. This year when I freshen up my motors I am going to tap it and plug it up. Also it looks to me that it does not need the vacume line goig to it.
