fair price for m3 prochargers???

I am wondering what is a fair price for a M3(used),504 intercooler,bracket,hoses,and crank pulley, belt and hookup for 454 MPI. They are polished polished.

3000 during boating season,ive seen them as low as 1800 on ebay in feb,smitty
