420 Belts, Pulleys, and Idler
 

I am looking for a drive Assembly for the 420 Mega blower!

If you have some laying around Please let me know the size of the pulleys! style of Pulley, Gilmer or rib belt!

I have a bunch of stuff for both 8MM and 16 groove rib. You need to have an idea of the ratio you want and the center to center on the crank and blower snout.

We have a pair of 454's with 420 mega blowers. would like to make around 8lbs of boost. I have a 16 rib set up and my upper pulleys are only 4 7/8' my lower pulley is 4 1/2'. To much I would assume. what would you suggest?

Top and bottom pulley same bolt pattern. Swap when in need HP.
try your current setup, just stop when it reaches 5lbs of boost your safe.
Stand on it, goes to 7 lbs then go 1/2" up on top pulley

I believe I have an idler bracket for 16 rib like photo. 420 Merc blower. 5 lbs boost

18 5/8" center to center. I would like to go to 8MM so I would need upper lower and Idlers. But if to expensive Ill stick with 16 rib. and only need uppers.
they are 454's with 420s and I would like to make six lbs or so.
