Computer whiz?

Notice I said "whiz" and not "geek"
I'm attempting to install an Matrox G200MMS quad monitor card in my Dell Dimension 4600 and having not much luck. Anyone know the secret?

What OS are you using? What problem are you having? Getting any error messages or is it just not recognizing the card.

Is the card PCI? If so, you will have to make sure the bios sees the card and set it up there. Then XP should see it. Do a find new hardware scan. Should find it.

We have about 400 of these Dells in service. They are a pain to add dual monitors, let alone 4. We had to use the Dell pig-tail that connects 2 monitors to the current video card and add a second dell card for it to work correctly with anything over 3 monitors.
