RH or LH rotation

If I have a twin engine set-up that is two RH, whould there be a problem with installing one of each?

Don't understand the question.

What exactly are you asking?

The boat will probably have better balance at WOT........sometimes you have to countersteer the opposite way the props are turning....... It will be a bit better around the docks.....and it is much easier to buy props in pairs because 99% of the boats made with twins spin their props in opposite directions.....when was the last time somebody had two right hand 24 Bravo ones for sale???........Whats the boat ??? and let me guess, its a twin alpha set up............Doug

you're right twin, it is an alpha set up .The problem is the boat does not want to come out and the star engine has been replaced three times.I did not know if the wrong engine would have this effect.

when you say "the boat does not want to come out" do you mean that the boat will not come up on plane???.......give us the whole story.....make/model of boat, what props/pitch etc etc.....all the info you can.......and the whole lowdown on the star enginetrust me...someone on this board either has owned or currently owns the same boat as you.......oh and my boat will run about 65mph with both props turning the same direction............ doug

Re: RH or LH rotation

Cost to benefit ratio on a counterrotating Alpha is not worth doing.
And as long as you're using "box stock" props, it is easier to find RH props.
