Yes they are :D

They finally got some owners with deep enough pockets,
and that also have some business sense.

I've even tossed the idea of a lift in one of the new covered slips.

That's why I boat in Omaha. Have a slip at Bellevue Marina with a cover and a lift. Saves alot of time and wear and tear on the boat.
