Fairing fabrication/windshield cut down

Anyone know were I can get a race style fairing fabricated in Texas or the windshield cut down on my 1979 scarab?

is it for a 30' panther style, if so I know someone who has an original one

Yes, it looks just like a panther except it has a tall windshield on it. I would be very interested in an original one. Were is he located?
