broken trim indicator

Anybody know if I have to replace the whole cable assembly or can I just replace the cracked bracket part?

Sorry to say, that is a 1 piece cable.

Re: broken trim indicator

That looks like a Morse 33C Red Jacket cable. They are aweful, for use as a K-plane indicator cable. They have a solid stainless core that kinks if you look at it wrong. I recommend, at a higher cost of course, the "Northwestern" cable brand, otherwise known as "NW" cables. They have a stranded stainless core that slides effortlessly & can be tied in a knot & still slides smooth. The length of your old cable(Morse) is printed in inches, at both the ends of the cable, in white print. Ed
