Anyone have a hailer?

I got a new Hailer/fog-horn combo.

I have a furuno 24 mile radar-dome. 18"

Can I mount a hailer/fog-horn speaker beside it? Say about 18" away to the side.
The radar-dome sits about 10" higher on it's own special mount.

The radar has instruction to not put it within so many feet of a compass .. but it doesn't say anything about hailer/speakers.

I've got a hailer/foghorn as a part of my VHF radio (RayMarine). THe speaker (and "listner") is installed on my radar arch within 24" of the radome. So si my GPS, VHF and TV antenna.

I haven't experienced any problems wit interfenece from radar on any of the other devices--

yeah. no problem.
Even if they were on the same level, the radar looks thru it, cept for the magnet part of it.
