Default internal flappers

does anyone know were i can buy the replacement flappers.
they are riveted in (whats left of them anyway).
i did some searching and it looks like i might not even need them but would rather be safe then sorry.
my exhaust is above the water line except for launching at the ramp and the occasional cruiser wake when anchored. i also have the rubber external flappers with a big Q on them. Quicksilver?
do the internal flappers rob horsepower?

ill post a pic later. they are currently in the dishwasher getting cleaned up
