Are you painting the whole boat? or do you just want to fix the cracks and match the gelcoat?

Sure,

Interlux is great stuff.
I advise against the single-part urethanes though. For minimal additional hassle and cost, the two-parts give a better, longer-lasting, and more durable result.

painting the whole boat. Thinking of the 2 part above the rub rail and the one part below
