Enderle Fuel injection
I have always liked the look of Enderle fuel injection sitting atop a supercharger. Is it feasable in a marine application?

Re: Enderle Fuel injection
You'd likely want to use the "bugcatcher" throttle body and an aftermarket ECU to drive the injectors electronically, instead of the old mechanical style.
Yes, It;s possible either way though. |

Re: Enderle Fuel injection
The owner of Hallet did his 40 with the bug catcher - it was in Hot Boat a while back. I always liked the way it looked.

Re: Enderle Fuel injection
It looks great and performs great on cruise and top end but the bug or bird catcher has to be modified to work well off idle since these units were generally designed for drag racing and all out effort engines the off idle is berry violent what I do in the efi marine engines we've built with them is I close 1 and even 2 of the throttle blades off inside the part looks the same externally and the engines work much better in the off idle for good docking characteristics . Even with the throttle blades closed off they still flow around 1100-1400 cfm depending on the unit.Good luck Laz Mesa
