350 mpi cam question

Anyone know the specs for the stock cam?#431-811658.What is the best cam for running 5000-5300rpm.Stock peaks at 5000?What is more important for reversion,lobe sep or duration?I have the capt call exhaust with thru hull exhaust.Looking to boost torque and alittle more revs.Thanks
