restoring old formula

First of all I would like to say this is a great site and you have answered many questions I have had, by reading old threads. I am restoring a 1978 233 Formula Interceptor with twin 350s. The question I have is regarding the operational draft window on the port side. I am looking to replace the hinge, the previous owner used a piece of piano hinge riveted on to the "B" pillar which looks like ______! The OE hinge was extruded aluminum and would be difficult to fabricate, so any help in locating a replacement, new or used would be appreciated.
