engine builders
Can anyone recommend an engine builder in the Western New York, eastern Ohio area? Rochester, Buffalo, Cleveland area? Thanks.

Re: engine builders
Dont worry about the area - go with a good builder

Re: engine builders
That's a good point and I would definitely ship the engines somewhere if I had to, but I figure being this close to the lakes and being willing to travel a few hours in each direction that I might be able to find someone close. There are two places in the Buffalo area I am considering. The first one is Jan-Cen, if anyone is familiar with Pro Mod then you heard of them, they are always at the top battling Jim Oddy. They claim to know marine motors, but I don't know if they really have that much marine experience. The other is J+L Performance, who I THINK does the engines on the Flying Tiger cat.

Re: engine builders
bck,
Michael's Racing Engines has been my shop of choice for 17 years now, never a problem. I send a lot of work their way. I just finished up my 502's for my 382 FasTech and we ended up with 620 HP and 602 ft/lbs. They are located in notheast Ohio. Jeff |

Richie Zul and JCPerformance are in New York. I'm not sure how far they are from you. You can't go wrong with either one.
