torque specs bbc

what are the torque specs for bbc mains and rod bolt torque for eagle rods with arp 7/16 rod bolts? i also need head bolt torque specs for arp head bolts and the head bolt and intake manifold torque sequence. i misplaced my bbc manual. thx for the info, ratman

You should refer to ARP's instructions instead of the Merc manual. They are different specs.
