Don't know the kid on the bike, but the boat is "Bewitched", a 40 Cigarette, originally "Bounty Hunter".

It was 1978, Bounty Hunter won. Martin showed up with two Cigarettes, a 35' and a new 40'. Martin raced the 40 and ran bow to bow with Beep Beep (the 35 Cougar) for a good portion of the race. Beep Beep blew an impeller after picking up mud at the same marina in pic #23.
