I was told that Bacardi "blew over" instead of rolled. Is this true?

Not true. I the turn the boat took a hop, did a 1/4 turn flat spin about three feet above the water and landed sidewayz, hence the rollover and really really big splash. They were in second place behind Reliable at the time.

or Charlie mentioned Myrick as the driver on " Talk Offshore"
after the flip.
