AMF is still very much alive. with the same crew. I dont know what gave you that idea.

From my recollection their teams include
Kean, Wazzup, Nesquick, Lavey, Loan Shark and Instigator. (correct me if im wrong)

I cant speak as to where they will be next. But i can guarantee they will be in KW and I doubt any will be in St Pete. (except for Loan Shark). Too bad they are on the same dates. otherwise, some teams may do both.

AMF is coming to Cambridge next week in full force. Actually John and his lovely new bride did take an extended honeymoon but things were still churning along nicely, his team is the best and they are right on top of business.

Marc, Team AMF is 100% together. As you know I'll be in Deerfield Beach (Points Race) and we'll ALL be in Key West.

AMF is more alive than ever, we were in NYC in full force taking home 2 checkereds and 2 2nds, we will be in Cambridge MD full force.
We will split a little time with a few races but we will have a presence in
Chattanooga, Elizabeth City, Camden, Deerfield, and of course Key West
If there were no overlapping of schedules, we would have a presence in Chorpus Christi and St Pete as well.


AMF has also renewed all sponsorships for our teams for 2006
Contracts will be signed in Key West

We also have plan for a few new boats for next year with some of our teams upgrading.

Haggin is on his honeymoon in Amsterdam and will be flying into Cambridge the Friday before the race

PS Ken Warby "fastest man on water" is also part of the team and will be bringing the new jet boat for display at a few venues as well

AMF is sitting in my yard. priming up for Cambridge. New big screens, sterio's, and all kinds of party stuff. All boats are prepped and ready. Cant wait to get back in my purple Wazzup. I miss that boat. Smitty
