Anyone know the status of the Marina refurbishment and if there will be racing there in 2006??

The Marina is coming along great at the Lakefront project.St Cloud is my back yard and where my brother and i test .I hope it will be finished in time for next year ,I will call the City of St Cloud monday to find out proposed finish date.

they told me this yesterday St Cloud chamber # is (407) 892- 3671 and its put on by the rotary club

I drove by there a few weeks ago and it looks real nice. St. Cloud is a great venue, especially with the bleachers out on the point.

One of my favorite races, the small towns are always fun. Won it 3 times, was the site of my first ever race. 1993, 18yrs old, navigating a 28' Pantera in B class. It was freezing cold that weekend.

Race there for the first time in 2004...we had a great time...great party's outside at the bar at night at the hotel...plus a par 3 golf course right behind the hotel....went to dinner with Al C., Bruce S. and a bunch of others and tore into a nice stake...just a great time all around....and a great crowd at the race....

Yeah, I remember trying to get around you in that 88mph F1 boat!!! That thing hauled the mail!!!!
