I guess no one has any faith in S-111 or S-12 or even S-7...... Things that make you go HMMMMMMMM. We will be leaving Friday afternoon for the 27 hour drive. See you boys in KW and looking forward to it.

I have all the faith in the world in these three boats! I think the SS race with or with Gary and Doug will be one of the best of the day...it always is. :evilb:

S-111 Looks better every race and has proven to be COMPETITIVE!
S-12 Always in the hunt ...Always with a surprize!
S-7 Has been missed this year, but when she races....LOOK out!
You will feel her on the course.... just ask S-111 and S-12!

So with a line up like this...I am looking forward to seeing the SS class in Key West this year! See you this weekend.

Seems to me that the World Championship will be decided in St. Pete when the SBI/APBA National Champion "MAPEI" goes head to head with the OSS National Champion "MOJO" for the undisputed World Championship Title.

HULK just told me if things go well at work this week he'll be in Key West. He had MAJOR Wilma damage! 90% chance of HULK comming to Key West. I just passed Loan Shark on the road he must have been out testing. Our boat is already in Key West , fresh ponies from Offshore Concepts and ready to go.

I think the Hulk might dispute that. Who ever wins Key West might as well. DPT don't you have a Team at St Pete? Don't count them out. SQ

Bryan, I have plenty of faith in you and would love to be on the course with you all again this year. I only answered the way I did as the thread was titled " Mapei or Hulk". No dissrespect intended.

I think the SS race in KW will be great and so will the OSS version. I'm only picking Key West on the "Fun" factor of running the Poker Run and the group of OSO'rs that will bet there.

Honestly, there will only be one SS World Champion since there is only one International UIM registered organization so it will be up to someone in Key West to claim the title. Honestly it could very easily be anyone of the four boats in attendance. It just depends on the dependability of the equipment and the set up for the day. My guess is that it will not be decided until the last few seconds of racing on the final race on Sunday. Good luck to all my competitors and friends and I will see you in the Keys.

UIM Means nothing in the USA,Everyone should be racing together in the USA,PERIOD.To many sanctioning bodies and not enough boats to go around,Period

I couldn't agree more, its too bad that our class got split up when we had one of the strongest, most competitive classes in all of offshore racing.

The only problem is now the boats will be split between 2 groups making the per race attendance smaller there for the class won't gain much momentum

Sweet ride,Old school technoligy,the boats they are running today are longer and faster than the boats that are only 2 years old,PS Your Fountain is sweet,If you want to be competitive you need a new Skater or a new Doug Wright or something with the latest and greatest design to keep up,that is a fact,good luck I will be giving you a call.

The CITRE SHINE is a fast flat water boat and could turn the numbers of today with some with balls running it. (Not Me) It would be very competive at places like Biloxi, Marathon, Pickwick, St Clair, NC, and Chattanooga. Remeber this boat was sent to NZ and wont the UIM worlds over there against some stiff competition. At the price it's a great buy.

some good hardware out there for sale.
its gotta be tough to sell a race boat though..
I remwmber trying to sell my racebikes honda rs 250 formula 2 bikes, supersport 600's, f-usa bikes formula twins, etc the market is soo small basically gave em away.. that sucked!!!

in order for me to get another boat something's gotta go.. they would have to trade towards my 35 fountain pleaseure boat...
