I noticed Cookie is a UK Racer. I met a couple of guys racing a 32 Skater down in NZ while at the worlds this year.

Just noticed this one! Hi guys - yeah I love it - We hope to be doing an event in Egypt this year, 1 race around the cans and then two more days of A to B racing. $3,000 entry fee covers transport from the UK for the boats and teams as well as hotel rooms for the team - there is also a $30,000 prize fund, and that's just for the up to 225hp class. It's for RIBs only - no hard boats allowed! As soon as I get more info I'll let you know.

We will also be racing in the National Championships in 2006, hopefully about to announce an engine sponsor for both the race and support boats - it's looking good!

It was great to meet you as well Ryan - I'll let you know how Ian Blacker gets on in Dubai with the sister boat to yours!

If anyone wants to know anything about racing in England, just ask - I know a few knowledgeable people with long memories!
