I spoke with John A last night. He's working on 3 boats for the class.

Turbines are essentially unlimited power very smooth incredible torque. When set up properly they are everything you could ever ask for performance and power wise.

Hellfire's turbine install has been pushed off until May so John can get the raceboats ready.

They are quite a show stopper and hopefully will entice more fans to get interested in offshore racing

I havent seen any announcements of this on either website, how many turbine boats will be racing, have they commited to racing any organization or just one organization. The release of news of this type is what fans want to hear and read about.

I agree Pete It's good for the Sport as a whole.

Both org's will gain from increased exsposure and cool/extreme factors of the class
