It saddens me that Kevin, the Navigator for Team Nesquik raced hard all year side by side with Val & Augie and I haven't seen any recognition for him... :(

So, here is to Kevin, Augie and Val for a job well done!!!

Let's hope for a better 2006 season, and perhaps someone can work on a rule allowing the full Team that participates in the boat be inducted in the future "Hall of Fame" awards.

Sharkey, we're STILL working on getting him inducted. Pops, SBI are all trying to get this done. Kevin was given a National, World AND Hall of Champions RING now all we have to do is get him in the books. Smitty has been calling APBA every other day.

Kevin is a major player on your team and I really want to see him and any other team member in the future that is in a boat all season long to be recognized for such an accomplishment.

Thanks Shane but it's OK. You know the love and RESPECT we all have for Kevin and how IMPORTANT he is to our Team and MOST IMPORTANT...Kevin Knows. Still it would have been nice.

2004 I was in the same situation as Kevin with our team, Keith and Mike
were inducted only the Driver and Throttle man . I was allowed to stand with my team on stage during the awards. Later I receive a certificate of accomplishment from the Hall of Champions,and a patch( witch I display very proudly) I try ed very hard to change the rule myself but don't think they ever will. I feel that being in the boat helped my team accomplish this truly amazing award . Alot of people are truly proud of me, Sure is a GREAT feeling that will last forever!
