The Bacardi Select Boat listed with the OSS Cat class. I went on the Bacardi web site and it said they were racing OSS this year, are they only racing in the extreme class and if so what happend to the cat that raced in OSS last year?

Sorry Bud Select I knew that. So David Scott will only be racing extreme class this year or did he get another boat?

Bob.....Congrats on the new boat!!!!

I'm sure Dave has something new in the wings....he usually does. People like him is what keeps offshore racing alive.

Dave will be racing in what I believe will be an exhibition class this year. It is a turbine powered MTI that was displayed at the Miami boat show. The AMF Racing team will also be fielding two boats to compete againts Dave as well.

Im sure the old Miss Budweiser team has plenty of turbines for that boat.

For the 2006 season the Budweiser Select Offshore Race Team will be focusing our efforts on the OSS-Extreme & SBI/APBA/UIM-Superboat Unlimited "piston powered" classes. Will be introducing some new boats throughout the season. May run a couple races with the new turbine boat but it's not the primary focus. :drink:
