All timing is done by APBA officials on a surveyed, measured Kilo with their equipment. All Offshore Boats including the Outerlimits are running under OPA sanction and everything else will be APBA sanctioned starting Thursday.
The OL ran great and was on the rev limiter with 450 gallons of fuel because we were just going to do test runs. It ran so good with the new extension boxes they went for a few official passes. It will go out Wed with bigger props and less fuel. Ken Warby will be running today
