You can check the SBI/APBA web. site they have the one that suggest all the teams use...

11.6.1. All Manufacture Production Classes will be required to have an on board, fixed mounted Garmin GPS that has trip and data card downloading capabilities. Contact the SBIP/APBA office for a specific approved list of Garmin GPS Units. (Currently the 172 model and higher have these capabilities)

do we need to buy the bluechart cards or any other cards in addition to the GPS for the downloading capabilities to work?
